Refunds & Replacements

Since we sell fresh food products, we do not accept returns once the packet is opened.

However, we happily offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

✔ Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or unsealed.

✔ Wrong product received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

⏱ Timeframe to raise an issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

❌ Cases where we cannot offer refunds

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Product stored improperly after delivery
  • Opened or consumed items
  • Wrong address / customer not reachable
  • COD refusal

How refunds are issued

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders → refunded back to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via UPI
