Refund policy

Since we sell fresh food products, we do not accept returns once the packet is opened.
However, we happily offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:
✔ Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or unsealed.
✔ Wrong product received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
⏱ Timeframe to raise an issue
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
❌ Cases where we cannot offer refunds
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Product stored improperly after delivery
- Opened or consumed items
- Wrong address / customer not reachable
- COD refusal
How refunds are issued
If approved:
- Prepaid orders → refunded back to original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via UPI
