Where we ship

We ship across Delhi-NCR through trusted delivery partners.

Dispatch time

All orders are freshly packed and usually dispatched within 3 working days.

Delivery timelines

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Metro cities: 3 days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 7 days

(Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, strikes, or courier issues.)

Shipping charges

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An email and/or WhatsApp message
• A tracking link to follow your package

Incorrect address & non-delivery

If an incorrect shipping address or phone number was provided, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. If the order returns to us, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

• Take photos/videos of the package and product
